Since 1946, Merestead Sports Camps has offered world-class coaching. Merestead features only the best teachers and coaches from the United States and abroad.

For 7th- to 12th-grade girls (and graduating seniors), Merestead offers instructional programs in field hockey,lacrosse or both sports with a special program for goalies. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced players will find their abilities challenged at Merestead. Our coaches are current coaches, not students. We also offer a coaches clinic.

More than 1,200 players improve their skills at Merestead every year. Join us for fun!
